SAUSAGE SNACKS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. ground chuck
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. oregano
Onion, salt and pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown sausage and ground chuck. Add dry ingredients. Add cheese, stir until melted and mix well. Put about 1 tablespoon on piece of "small" party rye bread. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen put in plastic bag. When ready to use place under broiler 3-5 minutes.
