CROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
1 pkg. brown gravy mix1/4 c. hot water
Dash salt
Dash garlic powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can refrigerator biscuits

Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently. Drain fat. Add next six ingredients, bringing to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in mayonnaise. Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Flatten biscuits slightly, arrange overlapping around edge of dish. Brush biscuits with additional mayonnaise; bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated and biscuits are brown.
