CREAM CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix all ingredients and roll out to 1/4-inch or less thickness. Cut with small cookie cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or 400°F for 10 minutes.

Makes about 40 small biscuits.
