VEGI SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 lg. can tomato puree
2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. water

Brown ground beef; add remaining ingredients. When mixture is steaming, reduce heat to low and cook 50 minutes to 1 hour. Add a tad of water if desired.
