COLE SLAW 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. low fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash paprika

Toss cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and stir to mix. Chill until served.
