20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant coconut pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Stir together crushed pineapple with juice and instant pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Serves 8-10.
