PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. melted butter

Mix and pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs and cool while mixing filling.

FILLING:

1 3/4 c. milk
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
2 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Mix filling until smooth. Pour over crust. Spread one container of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
