ORANGE SOUR CREAM DIP 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed & undiluted
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix (vanilla)
1/4 c. commercial sour cream

Combine concentrate, milk and pudding mix. Beat with electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream; chill 2 hours. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups. Delicious with strawberries.
