CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
1/3 c. seasoned flour
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Sprinkle of onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
Chicken

Roll chicken in seasoned flour and fry in butter. Mix soup, onion flakes and seasonings in saucepan. Gradually stir in water, bring to boil; stirring constantly. Pour rice into a shallow 2 quart casserole. Stir in all except 1/3 cup soup. Put in chicken, pour remainder of soup mixture and cover with lid or foil. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.

HELPFUL HINT: You can also boil chicken instead of frying.
