BISCUIT AND BAKING MIX | |
8 3/4 c. flour 1/3 c. baking powder 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 2 c. shortening Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in shortening, 1 cup at a time, until like coarse meal. Put in covered container or plastic bag, stores for 3 months at room temperature. Can be used for any biscuits, pancakes, muffins, etc. that can be made with commercial biscuit mix. |
