QUICK CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced celery
1 green pepper
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
3/4 c. rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown meat. Add vegetables to meat. Stir fry together. Drain meat, vegetable mixture. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Place in covered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover, top with noodles. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Yields 6-8 servings.
