EASY BEEF STEW 
3 lb. stew meat (don't brown)
3 c. tomatoes (stewed)
18 sm. carrots, quartered
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. & 1 tbsp. tapioca
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 c. water
3 slices bread, cubed
9 potatoes, quartered

Mix together. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 4 hours.
