DUTCH APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg yolk
2-4 tbsp. milk
Sliced apples

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients for the crust and pat it into a 9" pie pan. Fill with apple slices. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
