CHEWY PECAN COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. instant coffee
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour, coffee, vanilla and nuts, mix well. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 16 small squares.
