PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cook to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
