EASY SWEET PICKLES 
1 lg. jar pickles (store bought dill kind)
2 tbsp. pickling spice
2 c. sugar
Water
Green food coloring

Pour brine off pickles and measure. Cut pickles in half and replace in jar. Measure brine and discard. use same amount of water as brine, add sugar and pickling spice and food coloring and bring to boiling. Pour over pickles, let cool. Replace cap and put in refrigerator and let set 24 hours before using.
