ROAST CHICKEN WITH WINE SAUCE 
WINE SAUCE:

1 c. white wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

1 sm. piece ginger or 1 tsp. crushed ginger Cherries

In a bowl mix cornstarch and sugar. In a small pot heat wine and add ginger. Stir in cornstarch and sugar, stirring until thickens. Pour over roast chicken during last 10 minutes of roasting. Roast chicken in oven until brown.
