ARNOLD'S GOULASH 
1 lb. hot dogs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce & water
Onions, diced to taste
1 (10-12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, wide
Italian seasonings of choice
1 tbsp. oil

In a large frying pan with a lid, saute onions in hot oil. Cut up hot dogs into bite size pieces and add to onions and oil. Cook 5 minutes, turning hot dogs to brown on all sides. Add 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce to hot dogs and onions. Fill can with water and add to mixture also. Stir and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add egg noodles to mixture. Stir to coat egg noodles. Cover with tight lid and cook an additional 10 minutes or until egg noodles are done. Stir occasionally to keep egg noodles from sticking. Serve with salad.
