FRUIT TRIFLE 
1 angel food cake or pound cake
1 pkg. Jello sugar free instant vanilla pudding (9 oz.)
1 can crushed Lite pineapple
1 can mandarin orange segments (15 oz.) Lite fruit
1 fruit cocktail (11 oz.) Lite fruit

If angel cake is a high one, just work with half and freeze other half. You may add other fruit if you like. Put all fruit together and drain well.

Cut cake in half in a bowl, break up first half (2 quart bowl). Add half of the fruit. Add half of the pudding over top. Repeat cake, fruit, pudding, put Cool Whip on top when finished you may add walnuts (crushed), cherries, etc. Can make ahead. Refrigerate.
