CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. white wine
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
6 1/2 oz. crabmeat
1/3 c. celery
1/4 c. green onions

Mix first 5 ingredients. Toss grated cheese in 2 tablespoons flour. Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 inch pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
