COCONUT BARS 
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. flaked coconut
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine milk and coconut; carefully spread over baked crust. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven; cool. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together. Spread over top. Cool; cut into bars. Yield 40 bars.
