BROWNIE PUDDING PIZZA 
1 pkg. (21 oz.) brownie mix
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving) chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. frozen non dairy whipped topping (thawed)
1/4 c. chopped nuts, if desired
Chocolate syrup, if desired

Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Bake in greased 12 inch pizza pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool in pan. Transfer to serving platter. Spread peanut butter over brownie base. Pour milk into shaker cup. Add pudding mix, shake vigorously, covered 1 minute. Let stand until slightly thickened. Pour pudding over brownie. Spread with whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Garnish with nuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cut in wedges. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
