SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
1 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (#2 1/2) can sweet potatoes

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in the orange juice and butter. Cook until thickened. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note: Fresh sweet potatoes may be used. Also, dish may be topped with pecans.
