1 lg. can pumpkin pie mix
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
4 eggs
1 stick melted butter

Butter a 9"x13"x2" Pyrex dish. Mix eggs slightly. Add pumpkin mix and mix well. Pour into Pyrex dish, spread cake mix evenly on top of pumpkin. Top with nuts. Pour melted butter evenly over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Slice into squares and serve. Can be topped with whipped cream.
