PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. softened butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Confectioners' sugar

Sift flour through salt; set aside. In large bowl combine pumpkin through butter. Add flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 9 x 5 inch loaf.
