QUICK & CREAMY SHORTCAKE 
1 pound cake
1 (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 qt. strawberries

Slice cake and strawberries into thin slices. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip until well blended and creamy. Layer (preferably in a glass bowl) : Cake, pudding mixture, strawberries. Keep layering until all ingredients are used. Finish with pudding mixture on top. Garnish with whole strawberries.

Serve by making large scoop with cooking spoon. Serves 6-8. Double, if needed.
