MAIN DISH 
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Brown meat, onion, and garlic in frying pan. Drain fat. Add remaining sauce ingredients. Cover tightly, simmer 2 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
