MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix Duncan Hines
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 can mandarin orange and juice (chop in blender)

Using mixer, combine the above ingredients. Grease and flour 8 x 14 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. pkg. of vanilla instant pudding

Mix together, place in refrigerator while cake is cooling.
