BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated longhorn cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients, season to taste. Mix together and put in oiled dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
