TACO SKILLET BURGERS | |
1 beaten egg 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1/3 c. chopped onions 1 env. taco seasoning mix 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can (11 1/2 oz.) bean and bacon soup 1/2 c. water 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1 c. shredded American cheese In bowl mix egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and seasoning mix. Add beef, mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties. In large skillet brown the patties on both sides. Mix soup and the 1/2 cup water, spoon over meat. Cover, cook over low heat 15 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese, heat covered 3 minutes longer. Serve with broken corn chips. Makes 6 servings. |
