COWBOY CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 (4.5 oz.) mushrooms
1 lg. onion
1 (7 oz.) can Old El Paso mild chopped green chiles, chopped
1 (16 oz.) jar Old El Paso mild thick and chunky salsa
2 cans Old El Paso Spanish rice
2 cans Ranch style beans

I use mild, fix it however you wish.

Saute onions and mushrooms in lemon and butter. Set aside. Brown and season hamburger. Open cans and jars and pour into hamburger mixture. Add onion and mushroom mixture.

In a large Pyrex casserole dish (oven proof), pour half mixture in dish. Add cheese to cover. Pour in remaining and add cheese on top. Cook on 350 degrees until cheese melts and it boils. Dinner's ready.
