RAINBOW DESSERT 
2 env. Dream Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
24 macaroons, crushed
1 c. chopped nuts
3 pt. sherbet (pineapple, orange, lime, raspberry, etc. - use assorted flavors)

Combine Dream Whip with sugar and vanilla. Add to the macaroon cookie crumbs and nuts (chopped). Spread half of mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with alternate small dips of sherbet so that each serving will have all colors and flavors. Top with remaining crumb mixture and freeze. Cut into servings.
