CHICKEN LOW - CAL 
4-5 chicken breasts
1 med. onion, quartered
2 tbsp. cooking wine
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Salt & pepper to taste

Place 1 1/2 cups water in pressure pan; arrange chicken and onions in pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
