PIG PICKLING CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix 1/2 c. Crisco oil 1 stick butter (warm) 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges with juice 1 c. nuts Combine all ingredients and flour into three cake pans. Bake in 325 degree oven; cool. FROSTING: 1 lg. can crushed pineapple & juice 1 sm. instant vanilla mix 1 (10 oz.) can Cool Whip Mix vanilla pudding and Cool Whip until well blended. Add crushed pineapple and juice. Mix until ingredients begin to thicken to a spreading consistency. Spread on cooled layers. |
