CORN PUDDING 
2 c. corn (fresh or canned)
1 c. rich milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

If fresh corn, cook in as little amount of water as possible. Beat eggs in milk. Add rest of ingredients and bake in moderate oven at 350°F until knife blade comes out clean (usually 50 to 60 minutes).
