QUICK CREAM-FILLED STRAWBERRIES 
30 to 36 fresh jumbo strawberries
2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. either sherry, Marsala, cognac, rum, Amaretto or orange liqueur
1/4 c. powdered sugar
additional powdered sugar (garnish)

Wash and dry strawberries. From point end, split each berry into quarters, but do not cut through stem! Refrigerate. Combine cream and wine in food processor. Allow machine to run without pusher until partially whipped. Add powdered sugar and complete whipping process, being careful not to overwhip. Serve within 4 to 6 hours.
