MOM'S OVEN STEW 
2 1/2 lbs. stew meat
1/2 c. tapioca
1 lg. can tomatoes and juice
1 can string beans and juice
3 or 4 carrots, sliced
1 rutabaga, chunks
3 or 4 potatoes, chunks
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Onion salt

Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours.
