CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Make topping first. Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar and milk. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and salt. Let cool, will thicken.
