OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
8 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly

Butter bottom of 10 inch oven-proof skillet. Stir together salt, pepper, nutmeg, and melted butter. Arrange layers of potatoes evenly in bottom of skillet; brush with butter mixture. Continue layering potatoes and brushing with butter mixture after each layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
