PASTA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni, cooked
2 c. broccoli flowers
1 c. cauliflower flowers
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can artichokes, drained & sliced
1 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. Italian dressing
1 med. avocado, peeled & chopped
1 tomato, chopped

Combine macaroni and vegetables except avocado and tomato. Marinate with dressing for 4 hours or more. Just before serving, add chopped avocado and tomato.
