2 bunches fresh broccoli or 2 boxes frozen broccoli
5 chicken breast, boneless
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 slices bread, white
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lg. pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Boil chicken and steam the broccoli. Toast bread. Mix lemon juice with mayonnaise or salad dressing. Line casserole dish with layers of broccoli. Pull chicken apart and cover broccoli completely with chicken.

Crumble bread over chicken. Pour mayonnaise mixture over bread crumbs. Top with condensed cream of chicken (spread evenly). Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese (any grated cheese). Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Serves 6-8 people.
