CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
2 c. rice
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 bunch of broccoli
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. salt crackers
Parsley
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Milk

Cook chicken until done. Cook broccoli until tender, not mushy. Cook rice until done. When all is cooked, mix together with cream of mushroom and chicken. Put salt and pepper to taste. Add one cup of milk, toss lightly as to not break up the broccoli. If more milk is needed, add until it is creamy. Place in a casserole, put in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, crumble crackers and spread over casserole topped with parsley and paprika.
