FRUIT BALLS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. dates, chopped
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. pecans (broken into sm. pieces)
1/2 c. coconut

Melt butter, add sugar, egg, dates and vanilla. Cool 2 minutes. Then add nuts and Rice Krispies. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
