SPINACH PIES 
2 lbs. dough
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. can chopped olives
Stick pepperoni chopped into sm. pieces
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Garlic salt or powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain well. Mix all ingredients but dough. Roll out dough, cut into sections, fill with spinach and close like turnovers.

Brush oil on top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.

Makes 2 dozen small spinach pies.

Note: Chopped broccoli may be substituted for the chopped spinach.
