2 lbs. hamburger 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken vegetable soup 3 shredded carrots Salt and pepper to taste 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, uncooked 1 can chicken gumbo soup 1 1/2 cans water (or more) 1 c. finely chopped celery Grease a baking dish or small roaster. Crumble raw hamburger and place noodles (uncooked) and diluted soups on top. Season with salt and pepper. Add carrots and celery. Mix well and bake at 350 about 1 hour or longer. Add potato chips, crumbled over the top and bake 15 more minutes. |
