TART FRUIT AND NUT SALAD 
4 oz. crushed pineapple, drain and add water to juice to make 1 c.
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 carton Cool Whip
8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. apple, chopped

Bring juice to a boil. Dissolve jello in it. Chill until partially set. Beat softened cheese and mayonnaise until fluffy. Gradually beat in jello. Fold in Cool Whip; add pineapple, cranberries, nuts and apples. Pour into mold if desired. Can also be frozen. Serves 8.
