8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onions
dash of lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 can small shrimp, minced fine

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
