ROLLED CINNAMON BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. sift the flour. Add the rest and baking powder and mix together in a large bowl. Cut in the shortening using a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk using a fork or a wooden spoon. Wash off counter top and flour it. Knead the dough for about 30 seconds on the floured counter top. Roll the dough out about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the dough with about 2 tablespoon of melted b utter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up and slice into 1 inch biscuits. Arrange on cookie sheet.

Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown!
