MAPLE WALNUT PIE 
1 c. maple syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted & cooled
Dash salt
1 1/3 c. walnuts, chopped coarsely
9" unbaked pie shell

Blend all ingredients well. Pour into pie crust. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
