CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
1 can Eagle brand milk
2 boxes powdered sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. coconut
1/2 c. or more maraschino cherries, chopped
1 stick melted butter

CHOCOLATE COVERING:

3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
3 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 sticks gulf wax

Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl and chill then roll into balls the size of a nickel and chill again. While balls are chilling mix chocolate covering in a double boiler, dip balls into covering and put on wax paper.
